Albert Census Records

Census records for the years 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901 are available for most Albert County parishes. The records contain names, ages, relationships, occupations, and religion. They may also include racial origins, entry date into the colony and other data. Unindexed and unalphabetized microfilmed copies of the census data can be used at the Provincial Archives or borrowed on interlibrary loan from the National Archives of Canada, 395 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0N3. Census microfilm cannot be borrowed from the Provincial Archives in Fredericton.
