KAY(E). I am attempting to locate ancestors from the Kay or Kaye families in Albert Co. I know the names of my great great grandparents. William Briant Kay (1827-1899) who was married to Mary Ann Steeves. They lived in Hillsborough for a time and then moved to the Prosser Brook area. They had 11 children: Mary, Martha, Milledge, Francietta, William A. , Currie, Whitfield, Roland, Caroline, Gauis, & Henry A. Any help appreciated. Michael Kaye (6/12/1999)
KELLY. Looking for descendants of John Kelly who arrived in Coverdale, Turtle Creek, December 1816 with his brother Philip. John Kelly married Sarah Berry in 1822. Their son Edmund Kelly married in 1846 Sarah Ann Briggs; daughter of John and Rosanna (?) Briggs. David Lambert (5/1/1998)
KELLY, Mary Anne married John H. Jonah Jan. 1848. Children were Eliza, Cynthia, Sarah L., Joshua, Jas. E., Adelia and twins Mary and Martha. John H., Martha, Sarah and Anna are all buried in the Wesleyan Union (Chapman) Cemetery. lemax@nb.sympatico.ca (12/2/2001)
KELLY, Catherine married Daniel W. Berry Aug. 23, 1865. Children were Humphrey and Catherine. Daniel Berry died March 24, 1868 and is buried in the Wesleyan Union (Chapman) Cemetery, along with his daughter Nora C. (28), who died Aug 4, 1896.
In 1881 Coverdale Census, Catherine (43) is married to Millage Berry (33), their children are: Humphrey (16), Catherine (13), Amanda (5) and Cynthia (2). lemax@nb.sympatico.ca (12/2/2001)
KELLY, Rebecca married Malcolm Ross June 13, 1851. In the 1851 Coverdale Census they are living with Thomas Ross age 60, Malcolm is 31 and Rebecca is 22. After her husband died Rebecca is believed to have married Richard Mitton on December 11, 1858 lemax@nb.sympatico.ca (12/2/2001)
KING. Looking for information on Asa (Isaiah ??) King b 1825 NB and died 1902. He married Elizabeth Steeves b. 1832 - d 1903. They are both buried in the Steeves Settlement Cemetery, Westmorland Co., NB. I have no marriage date or place for them. Does anyone know anything about this King?
